Dear ILA members, friends and allies – A lot has been happening very quickly and we want to keep you in the loop.
Thank you to everyone who was able to come to our Watch Party last Sunday evening to watch our star civil rights lawyer Michael Sussman in action in his oral arguments in the first level of appeals court. We had nearly 60 people participating and it was highly enjoyable as well as informative.

Many of you may have heard or read that, yesterday morning, Thursday July 23, the first level of the appeals court filed its decision, and we discovered that they found against Northern Manhattan Is Not For Sale and for the City of New York.

We’re writing to you today to let you know that NMN4S and ILA leadership are on this, working hard. We’ve scheduled a meeting of ILA voting membership for next Wednesday evening, and we will send ILA voting members an invitation to that meeting.
