Luis Ferreiro, Director of Musealia and of the Auschwitz exhibition project, will share how the exhibition developed from an idea in 2009 to a reality almost ten years later, including the story of an unprecedented collaboration between Musealia and the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and the exhibition’s arrival in New York. He will also explore the complex emotional and logistical challenges that explain, at the heart of the matter, how the exhibition was created.
