Rent Rollback!

February 25, 2020

By Met Council on Housing

Join us in front of the mayor’s house to fight against rent hikes! In order to protect our homes and community, we must raise our voices and act! This Wednesday 5 pm – sign up here.

The mayor has influence and power over the Rent Guidelines Board (RGB). The RGB is the group who decides the rent increases for rent-stabilized tenants in New York City. We want to put pressure on Mayor De Blasio to demand a rent rollback!

Join us in this fight! Meet us at 5 pm at the Q train on 86th street (2nd ave) we will then march towards Gracie Mansion. If you can’t make the march, please meet us at Gracie Mansion (E 88th St &, East End Ave) at 5:30 pmLet us know if you are coming here

We must take action if we want to live in a city that is affordable and stable for all people!

Thank you for your time, see you there!
