Early Voting

October 25, 2019

By Anne del Castillo

Starting this Saturday – for the first time in history – New Yorkers can vote early. In addition to the option of voting on Election Day (Tuesday, November 5), you can vote early from Saturday, October 26 to Sunday, November 3.

Please visit https://nyc.pollsitelocator.com/search to find your assigned early voting and Election Day poll sites. Note that your early voting site will likely be different from where you vote on Election Day. Hours vary each day for early voting and information is available at the link above. On Election Day, November 5th, polls will be open from 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Voting is essential to our democracy, and the City encourages all New Yorkers to vote if they are eligible.

For information about what is on the ballot this fall, or to register to vote in future elections, update your existing registration, check your registration status, or for other information, visit www.voting.nyc or call 311.

Thank you.
