It’s been a while, four months to be exact, since Inwood’s beloved Capitol Restaurant closed. This week it reopened with a new owner, a new name (‘Capitol Diner‘), and a new look. Lots of shiny steel, bright lights, some big black and white prints on the wall and a new floor plan. Looks good!
