No Kings II

October 14, 2025

Millions of Americans hit the streets in June to loudly declare that in America we have No Kings. The mobilization was notable for its massive turnout, non-violence, and geographic spread. With hundreds of actions in small towns, State capitals, and big cities across the USA, there was an opportunity to turn out almost anywhere in the country. Building on that mobilization, and on the steady stream of horror stories in which ICE acts the villain, a second nationwide event is planned for Saturday. In NYC the main event will start from Times Square at 11AM and head downtown from there. In support of this mobilization, ACLU is holding a Know Your Rights online event tomorrow. The link to RSVP/register for it is here. An online training on how to talk about your local No Kings movement, both to reporters and on your social media channels is scheduled tonight at 8PM. The sign up link for that one is here. It will be recorded and sent out to registrants who can’t tune in tonight.

About this event

In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings.

📍 Where: Father Duffy Square, 47th st. and Broadway

📅 When: 11:00 AM ET, October 18, 2025

NOTE: this will be a march, not a rally! Enter from the northern side, and we recommend using subway stops on 47th-50th streets

Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger. “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.

The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
