If you’ve heard it once you’ve heard it a thousand times: “it’s the most important election of our lifetime.”
Whether that’s true or not is debatable, but one thing’s for certain: you can’t vote in it if you’re not registered. New Yorkers can check their voter registration at this site. If you need to register you can do so via this website. You can download, complete and mail an application, apply in person, or apply online. You can also update your address or political party membership. You’ll need a valid New York State Driver’s License, Permit or Non-Driver ID to use the online option.
