As a group of Policía Nacional officers were leaving Bocaditos Bistro yesterday, they paused to take a foto for the Inwood Gazette. They’re up from Santo Domingo this week for the National Dominican Day Parade. The parade route goes up 6th Avenue from 37th to 55th Streets beginning at noon on Sunday.
