The theme of the 49th Annual Village Halloween Parade downtown is FREEDOM. The event kicks off, rain or shine, at 7 PM tomorrow when costumed revelers and holiday floats will make their way up 6th Avenue from Spring Street to West 15th. There’s an afterparty at Webster Hell too!
