Around 3AM this morning, four uniformed officers in an unmarked police car observed a group of people fighting near the corner of Nagle and Dyckman, according to Chief of Patrol Jeffrey Maddrey. The officers reportedly saw a man with a gun, ordered him to drop it, and shot him when he did not. That man died, another person was grazed, and the officers were taken to hospital to be checked.
