- Henry Hudson Parkway (Northbound) between West 58th Street and The Henry Hudson Bridge
- Henry Hudson Parkway Exit and Entrance ramps at-West 96thStreet
- West 96th Street between Henry Hudson Parkway and Central Park West
- West 96th Street Entrance into Central Park
- Central Park West Drive between 97th Street Transverse and Center Drive
- Center Drive between Central Park West Drive and Central Park East Drive
- Central Park East Drive between Center DRIVE AND 97THStreet Transverse
- Terrace Drive between Central Park West Drive and Central Park East Drive
Bronx:
- Henry Hudson Bridge (Northbound)
- Henry Hudson Parkway (Northbound) between Hudson Parkway and West Gun Hill Road
- Mosholu Parkway (Eastbound) between Henry Hudson Parkway and West Gun Hill Road
Closure: At the Discretion of NYPD
Course
Athletes will take on the concrete jungle and experience the greatest city in the world like no one else.
International Triathlon Distances
Swim – 0.93 Miles (1500m)
Bike – 24.8 Miles (40K)
Run – 6.2 Miles (10K)
Note: the swim will run with the current. At the time of our race, the current will be flowing north.
