Think back: where were you on the afternoon of January 6, 2021? That was the day that Congress met to count the Electoral College votes that states had submitted, just as they’ve done every four years since we’ve held elections. This time, however, the outcome was challenged by the loser and an angry mob besieged the Capitol. Before it was over, people had died, many others were injured, and Democracy itself had been damaged. Tonight, a year and a half later, the House Select Committee will hold a televised public hearing at 8PM that can be viewed on most major TV networks or online.
