A Con Edison and National Guard exercise is scheduled to occur on February 25th in the area of West 201st Street and 9th Avenue in Manhattan. The activity will consist of a decontamination simulation with hazmat suits and will occur between 7 AM and 7 PM. Expect emergency personnel and vehicles in the area. This is only a drill.
