Congressman Adriano Espaillat joined community leaders today on Inwood’s Restaurant Row where they unveiled a new painting in tribute to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The occasion was Neighborhood Appreciation Day and Espaillat was joined by artist Daniel Bonilla and crews from Mama Sushi restaurant and the Dyckman Garden.
Brunch aficionados were treated to a side of art along with their eggs Benedict and Mimosas today. The new painting joins half dozen others facing the tables from the garden side of the street, art centering diversity, community, and BLM.
