The countdown to Election Day was all over the news this weekend: a hundred days, ninety-nine days. In fact, if this was a “cognitive test” we’d be counting down from a hundred by sevens or “weeks” as we like to call them around here. There are still plenty of both days and weeks before the Big Day, but at some point it’ll be too late to register, check your registration (and fix if need be), or to request an absentee ballot.
