In collaboration with public health experts, FIPNA (Fort Independence Neighborhood Association) is sponsoring a workshop on what you as a citizen, homeowner, or coop board can do about rats. There will be a first-come giveaway of special rat proof trash cans designed by the Health Department that participants can take home to keep.
