With Extell‘s new skyscraper, Central Park Tower, on W 57th Street topping out recently at 107 floors, President Trump’s 58 story building around the corner seems positively petite. In any event, its namesake realtor arrived for UN General Assembly week shortly after 2100 tonight. Vehicles and pedestrians were rerouted away from several blocks adjacent to the “tower.”
