What happened to PLJ? We tuned into their spot on the dial today and found something called K-Love. Although PLJ had slipped from our favorites list long ago, it still rated a preset button on most of our FM rigs due to its strong signal and mostly listenable rock music. But despite running lots of ads the station evidently couldn’t make it work in NYC. We’ll keep an eye on K-Love, but it looks like we’ve got ourselves a Gospel franchise out of Omaha on the dial now. K-Love was broadcasting on both 95.5 and 96.7 as of Monday afternoon. Lord have mercy.
