El Quijote, the legendary Spanish restaurant on W23rd Street, is closing tomorrow after almost 90 years in the Chelsea Hotel. The Gazette will fondly remember the friendly and professional staff, the wonderful ambiance, the pitchers of white sangria, and the lobster parillada. New York City has lost a beloved landmark and will never be the same without them. The Gazette would like to thank El Quijote for countless enjoyable nights and wish the staff all the best.
